This September, Richmond returns to the Beauty Trends & Innovations Conference, now in its fourteenth year and held at the Grand Ballroom at the Grand Connaught Rooms on 22 September 2026. We've followed this conversation for long enough to notice how it's grown, and how much sharper the questions have become.
This year's agenda turns on things we think about daily: how AI is changing product development and marketing, what sustainable packaging looks like in real practice, and what retailers are really asking of the brands on their shelves. Packaging sits inside every one of those conversations, not alongside them, which is why the discussions we have can shape brands' thinking around many aspects of product launches, beyond just packaging.
