
Packaging Technologist
Manage technical aspects of the Richmond product range and ensure compliance and functional testing in the NPD process.

Key Responsibilities:
- - Technical knowledge built up on manufacturing processes and reasons for product failure.
- - Investigate packaging issues to understand if it is a product failure or compatibility issue - work with quality department to close reports.
- - Carry out product testing in the laboratory.
- - Keeping laboratory in clean and orderly condition, to facilitate highly trustworthy and data-driven reports.
- - Creating and maintaining all Product Specifications and compliance certifications.
The successful candidate will...
- - Have a suitable qualification(s) in packaging technology, such as Packaging Technology IoM3 Level 5 Diploma, or similar.
- - Have knowledge of manufacturing methods for plastic and glass components.
- - Be effective in negotiation, influencing, and building relationships.
- - Be able to work with technical drawings and be IT proficient.
- - And able to plan, prioritise, and manage tasks independently and collaboratively.
